These terms cover using this website and requesting a free audit. They are not the agreement for a paid rebuild or SEO engagement — when you hire us, we'll give you a separate written contract that spells out price, scope, and ownership. Until then, this is the deal for the site you're on.
Who we are
“Rebuildery,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the Rebuildery studio. “You” means anyone using this website or submitting the audit form.
The free audit
The audit is genuinely free and carries no obligation. When you submit your site, a real person reviews it and replies with an honest assessment — what we'd fix, what we'd rebuild, or whether you're fine as you are. It is our professional opinion offered in good faith, not a guarantee of any specific business result, ranking, or revenue.
Submitting the form does not create a contract to do paid work, and it does not obligate you to buy anything. Any paid project begins only with a separate written agreement we both sign.
Using this site honestly
When you use this site, you agree to:
- Give us accurate information (your real name, a site or business you're entitled to ask about, and a working email).
- Not submit the form on someone else's behalf without their permission.
- Not abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site or its forms.
Pricing on this site
The prices shown here — such as the $297/mo rebuild plan and the $497/mo SEO plan — describe our current offers and may change over time. The price that applies to you is the one stated in the written agreement for your project. Nothing on this marketing page is itself a binding quote.
Our content
The text, design, logo, and code of this website are ours. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and talk about us — but please don't copy the site wholesale or pass our work off as your own.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to third-party services (for example, our form provider or Google). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
