Plain English: the only personal information we collect is what you type into our audit form, and we use it to do exactly one thing — review your site and follow up about it. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't run trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
What we collect
When you fill in the audit form on this site, you give us your name, your website URL or business name, and your email address. That's the whole list. We don't ask for anything else, and there are no hidden fields beyond a spam-check box that's invisible to real visitors.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (things like the request time and a general region) for security and reliability. We don't use those logs to build a profile of you, and we don't connect them to your form submission.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising/tracking pixels.There's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to — we're not following you around the web or selling your attention to anyone.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit only to:
- Review your website and prepare your free audit.
- Reply to you about that audit, and follow up about working together.
- Answer any question you sent us directly.
We will not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for, and any email we send you about your audit includes a way to tell us to stop.
Who else sees it
Your form submission is delivered to us through a form-handling service (Web3Forms), which passes the message to our inbox and does not use it for its own marketing. Our email is handled by a standard email provider. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever. The only time we'd disclose it is if the law required us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your audit request and any related correspondence for as long as we're in touch about it, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — just email us. Because we don't track you, there's nothing to opt out of beyond emails, and every email from us about your audit can be stopped on request.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be obvious here.
